ECS provides assistance to candidates and prospective employers in many ways. Here are a few of the ways we would possibly assist you.

ECS can place an experienced ECS employee at your site. This individual looks, acts and feels like an employee in every way except that ECS takes care of all taxes, insurance, benefits and the like. Placements are made on a part-time or full-time basis for short, medium or long term. There are no recruitment fees, you pay either hourly or weekly charges for the work our employee provides.

ECS can help you recruit a qualified individual you employ directly. You choose to pay either hourly charges and expenses for the services you receive or to pay a percentage fee on hire.
