Maintenance Tracker Reasons

Setting up lines, machines and failure reasons is done using Microsoft Excel.

Our downtime tracking system product is easily customized for your needs. No client other than a web browser is required for maintenance employees to enter work time against downtime reason codes.

Employees, Lines, Machines and two levels of reason codes are configured using a Microsoft Excel workbook. No data resides in the workbook (it is all in a MS SQL Server database) so multiple copies can be installed and used as needed.

Reports can be developed as needed by you or by ECS for MS SQL Server Reporting Services. The base system comes with several reports.

Capacity defines which version of Microsoft SQL Server is recommended. Typically a free version is suitable.
